Refund policy

Because our products are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns on used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll make it right.

Unused and unopened items may be eligible for a return or exchange on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or shipping carriers.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight color variations may occur.
